Anne Curin
Owner and President

Anne is the daughter of Steven Graves, the original owner and president of Econotemp from 1979-2015.  She had the opportunity to work and learn alongside her father, mother, and aunt, who played many roles in the management and daily operations of the company.  Her primary focus is improving the efficiency of the service call to make it an effortless experience for the customer.  She is a proud Downers Grove North alumna and has bachelor of music degrees from Northwestern University and a master of science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  When she is not at the office, she can be found playing the organ at St. Luke Presbyterian Church (Downers Grove), as well as providing piano accompaniment for local area middle and high school music students.  Anne lives in Downers Grove with her husband Andrew, baby daughter, and two border collies.

Andrew Curin
Customer Relationship Manager, Owner of Econotemp from 2015-2020

Andrew is a Lyons Township High School alumnus and graduate of Loyola University Chicago.  His academic background includes political science and software engineering.  He thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to develop and grow Econotemp when he was the owner and president from 2015-2020.  He continues to develop the focus he had when he was the owner, which is ensuring that new and existing customers are satisfied with the technicians' performance.  When he is not in the office, he keeps up-to-date on his favorite sports teams.  Andrew lives in Downers Grove with his wife Anne, baby daughter, and two border collies.

Tina Jankuski
Service Manager

Tina's main responsibility at Econotemp is scheduling appointments and dispatching the technicians to the correct locations.  When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.  She enjoys many outdoor activities like hiking and motorcycle riding.  Her favorite hobby is photography and then scrapbooking the pictures she has taken.

Bill Bancroft

Bill is a Lemont native who has been an HVAC technician for over 30 years.  He graduated from Lemont Township High School and studied his trade at the Wilco Area Career Center and Cave Technical.  He is proud of his work as a technician because he has extensive experience, which makes him confident and knowledgeable.  He finds it easy to be honest about furnace and a/c diagnosis because he knows what to look for and has seen it all.  He has been an employee of Econotemp for over 30 years and specializes in older HVAC systems and sheet metal fabrication.  In his spare time, he enjoys going fishing with his wife and spending time with his three children, who are all grown.

Tavares Davis
Service Technician and General Manager

As General Manager, Tavares manages the company's HVAC service operations and parts distribution, and is responsible for upgrading technology systems.  Before joining Econotemp in 2015, Tavares worked as an IT professional for 15 years, including 8 years in the Air Force.  Tavares is new to the HVAC industry, but his time in the military has prepared him to deal with any and all challenges that comes with this industry.

Bruce Ruedlinger
Service Technician

Bruce has been employed by Econotemp for over 30 years, starting as a Service Technician in February, 1984. He is a 1978 graduate of Bolingbrook High School. After completing high school, Bruce worked for a local business, cleaning and restoring fire damaged homes. It is here where he met Steve Graves, his future employer and original owner of the company. Throughout his valuable career with Econotemp, Bruce has completed multiple vocational training and certification classes, including Hot Surface Ignition Systems, Hot Water Boilers, Commercial Rooftops, Combustion Analysis & Performance and Building Pressure Diagnostics. Through his time with Econotemp, Bruce has refined and enriched his insight of all his HVAC skills. As a knowledgeable, dynamic, compassionate employee, Bruce has provided relevant, hands on expertise to the company. In his spare time, Bruce and his wife of 32 years enjoy spending time with their two children, four grandchildren, as well as their 4-legged faithful companions.

Jason Wellington
Service Technician

Jason is a Glenbard East High School alumnus and has a history of working with his hands, whether it be working in the fields, machining, or working for high profile companies such as NASA, Kodak, and Intel.  Due to the influence of a friend and with the help of a mentor, he transitioned to the HVAC industry.  He has now been working as an HVAC technician for over 12 years.  He has seen a lot of unusual or poorly-done installations and repairs out in the field.  He enjoys being the person who gets to correct these errors while giving great customer service at the same time.  Because customer service is so important to Jason, he is proud every day of being an Econotemp employee.  The integrity of the company reflects his own, and he sleeps well knowing that every day customers appreciate him because he is honest, up-front, and fair.  When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family playing baseball, bowling or watching football.
